Circa unknown. Maybe 1920s or 30. Marked Utica Cutlery Co. Utica, N.Y. No splits or cracks in the handles. The handle is embossed Office Knife. There are some tiny spots of rust here and there. The blades are tight and the spring is very strong. It does not come in a pouch or a box.
