Pre-owned. Probably made in the late 1800s to early 1900s. Stamped name can not be read. A small pen blade opens in each side of handle. The pin in the center of the scissor blades is worn and has movement. One handle scale has cracked pearl at the pin that goes all the way across the handle. These scissors probably originally came with a leather pouch. There is carbon pitting on all parts.
