Pre-owned. Not used or carried. The owner states that he was told a well known Japanese knife maker made this. But there is no documentation to support this. The butt of the handle and the tip of the sheath are buffalo horn. The sheath i s also made of green spalted maple. The blade is sharp. There is no lining inside the sheath to hold the blade in. No pouch.
