Circa probably early 1900s or the turn of 1900. It is marked Sheffield Steel U.S.A. The steel on the handles looks antiqued. Each side has a picture of a lady in a bathing suit. It has a brass bail. The blades have some rust on them. The blades are tight and the spring is strong. No box or pouch.
