Pre-owned. Circa 1876-1941. The handles are very unique. The handle material is very smooth but gives the illusion that there is liquid movement under the surface when turned in different directions. The blades are in very good condition. They do not appear to have been used. They do have some slight rub marks on them. No rust. The handle scales have a crack at each of the pins on each side. The spring has good snap and the blades are tight. Does not come in a box or a pouch.
