Pre-owned. Not used or carried. The owner states that this Rough Rider knife was not made in China. The blade and the tang is marked Rough Rider and has an anvil and is marked Tested Sharp inside the anvil. The blades have a mirror polish finish. There are no other markings on on the knife. Does not come in a pouch or a box
