Pre-owned. Has been carried and maybe used a little. The main blade has a mirror polish finish and is stamped France. It does not appear to have been used and has not been resharpened. The nail file appears to have been very lightly used. It also has a corkscrew. The handles have some scratches from being carried. But shows very little use. No pouch or box.
