Pre-owned. Appears to have been very lightly carried, but never used. Included tools are: needlenose pliers, replaceable wire cutters, electrical crimper, wire stripper, a serrated blade in 420 high carbon steel, saw, spring action scissors, cutting hook, an 8in (19cm) ruler, can & bottle opener, wood/metal file, diamond coated file, and a small, medium, and large bit driver. Comes with a brown leather pouch and 10 bits, each with two heads.
