Circa 1950s or 60s. It has been used and resharpened. The main blade has some slight side to side movement. The scaler blade is tight. The scaler blade also has a hook disgorger and a bottle opener on it. The front side of the handle has a hook sharpening stone inlay. It comes in a velvet cloth pouch.
