Pre-owned. Not used or carried. Handmade. The age is not known. The handle scales and guard have some scratches and nicks from handling. The back of the blade has some rust. Its hard to see because of the coating on it. The top of the guard is also coated but has some rust on it as well. It does not come with a sheath or a pouch.
