Circa around the 1920’s. The blades have pitting on them. They have had some cleaning at some point. The main blade has some slight movement. The other blades are tight. The springs are strong. The handles have some shrinkage one crack on the back side. The bail is missing. The shield is stamped Scout. It does not come with a pouch.
