Circa pre-1960. The tang is marked Hibben, Spencer, Bartlett & Co. The main blade is tight. The pen blade has some slight movement. The springs are strong. This is an advertising knife. The front of the handle is stamped J.M. Doud & Company Live Stock Salesmen. The back is stamped Union Stock Yards Chicago, Ills. It does not come in a box or a pouch.
