Circa 1960’s to mid 1970’s. Marked Voss Cut. Co. Germany on the back of the tang. Has been carried. The blades have a mirror polish finish. They have some rust spots on them and rub marks. The blades are tight and the springs are strong. It does not come in a pouch.
