Circa 1960’s to 70’s. It has been gently used and carried. The main blade has a mirror polish finish. The file also has a hook disgorger and cap lifter. The top of the knife has a screwdriver and the butt a bail. The scissors are in good working order. The back of the main blade is stamped Voss Cut. Co. All of the blades are tight and the springs are strong. It comes in a zipper pouch.
