Circa 1854-1875. A company in St. Louis Missouri during that period. The main blade is tight but the smaller pen blades have some side to side movement. The springs are fairly strong. No cracks in the pearl scales. The backside has a flaw in the scale but no crack. Research indicates that this is a rare tang stamp. It does not come in a pouch or a box.
