Circa 1837-1917. The blades are tight and the springs are strong. There is a fair amount of rust on the blades. There are also scissors, manicure blade, and a small pen blade. The backside of the handle has a severe crack at the top. The scissors work properly. The blades have a mirror polish finish. It does not come in a pouch.
