Circa late 1800’s to early 1900’s. In Good condition. Has had some carrie, Has had some polishing at some point. Marked H. Boker & Co. Improved Cutlery. The blades have a mirror polish finish and the springs are strong. No chips or cracks in the pearl. It does not come in a pouch.
