Pre-WWII. The blades are tight and the spring has great snap. The blades and bolsters have been cleaned up some. No cracks in the pearl handles. The tang is stamped Cattaraugus Cutlery Co. Little Valley N.Y. It comes in a black leather pocket pouch.
