Circa- Pre-WWII. Has not been carried or used. The blade has a satin finsh. The ricasso is marked Cattaraugus Cutlery Little Valley. It comes in a blue Cattaraugus box that probably was made to hold a half dozen. Tight blade and strong spring. The number on the box matches the number on the knife.
