Circa 1940-1964. Does not appear to have been refinished. Believed to still have the factory edges in blades. The blades have a mirror polish finish. There are a few tiny rust spots in various places. The blades are tight and springs are very strong. The bolsters have scratches and scuffs from handling over the years. Clean inside and out. Comes in a zipper pouch.
