Circa 1920-1940. The tang is marked Case with a long C and tested XX below it. A nice job has been done of cleaning it up. The blade and bolsters have a mirror polish finish. The blade has slight movement from side to side. The spring is strong. There are no chips or cracks in the handle scales. It comes in a zipper pouch.
