Circa 1940-1964. Does not appear to have ever been refinished. Believed to still have factory edges on the blades. The blades are mirror polish finished and do have some light stains and a few tiny rust spots. The blades are tight and the springs are strong. No chips or cracks in the stag. Remarkable condition.
