Pre-WWII. Does not appear to have been used. The blades have a mirror polish finish. The small blade has been very lightly resharpened. There are some light rub marks on the blades. Beautiful mother of pearl scales. One very tiny chip on the front side of the handle. Can not hardly be seen or felt. It comes in a soft pouch.
